Toner not fixing to paper or smudging.	Fuser error. Replace fuser unit Order Code: RG5-4133
Poor feed / paper jams / multi-feeding	Fit paper feed repair kit. Order Code: FKITLJ2100 (Single cassette) FKITLJ2100T (Twin cassette) Please note this kits fits both the 2100 & 2200 series.
Poor or faint image, and unusual noise from top or printer.	Scanner motor error. This fault is more common on the 2200 series. Clean laser scanner assembly, or replace. Order code: RG5-4172 (2100)
Loud clicking noise.	Transport belt ( Small black belt that transfers paper from the cartridge to the fuser) is caught in its own drive mechanism. Release belt, if worn replace.
Attention light (Paper jam light) on, but no jam found.	No toner cartridge installed / Paper detection switch in the fuser is stuck in the down position / Motor cable not connected, reseat cable.
All LED light on.	Press Go & Job Cancel buttons at the same time for secondary codes. See information below. Secondary Code - Attention light solid. Engine drive failure. Secondary Code - Go button light solid. Laser scanner assembly error. Clean laser scanner assembly, or replace. Order code: RG5- 4172 (2100) Secondary Code - Ready light solid. Scanner error.
