Supplies memory error.
Error Code 13.XX.YY

Paper jam error. Remove jammed paper (media) and replace worn tyres and pads where needed or fit paper feed repair kit. Order Code: FKITLJ4250 (Single cassette) FKITLJ4250T (Twin cassette) Please note this kits fits both the 4250/4350 & 4250/4350 series.
Error Code 20

Insufficient memory (Job size too big for printer) Reconfigure job or install additional memory. See Supplies & Accessorise for different sizes of memory available.
Error Code 41.3

 

Incorrect paper size. Check paper size settings. This error is normally related to poor paper feeding, replace worn tyres and pads where needed, or fit a paper feed repair kit. Order Code: FKITLJ4250 (Single cassette) FKITLJ4250T (Twin cassette) Please note this kits fits both the 4250/4350 & 4250/4350 series.
Error Code 49.XXXX

Printer error. Power cycle printer (Turn off, then back on) If problem persists Call the technical department on: 01293 537827
Error Code 50.X Fuser error. Replace fuser unit Order Code: RM1-0014 (4250) RM1-0102 (4350)
Error Code 51.XY

Laser scanner assembly error. Clean laser scanner assembly, or replace. See Electrical for your appropriate model Laser.
Error Code 54.1 Remove tape from toner cartridge.
Error Code 56.1 / 56.2

Unknown input output device. Check and reinstall all additional hardware fitted (Cassette trays, Duplexer, staple stacker etc)
Error Code 57.XX

Fan error check all fan are correctly working. Reseat fan cables. If error persists replace worn fan units.
Maintenance Count Reset.

 

Turn the printer off. Whilst Turning the printer back on, press and hold the select key until all three LED lights flash then remain on. Use the up or down arrows to scroll through the menu until the message New Maintenance kit is displayed, now please the select key.
