feed rollers. Lubricate the one way bearing. If
the problem persists replace Tray 2/3 assembly.

The printer is due a service. Fit the
maintenance kit and reset the count. Order Code:

External or input device error.
Check and reseat all device cables. |

Factory reset. (Cold Reset) |
Turn the printer off. Whilst Turning the printer
back on, press and hold the Go button until the
message Cold Reset is shown on the display. |

Maintenance Count Reset |
Turn the printer off. Whilst Turning the printer
back on, press and hold the Item & Value
Buttons to the left hand side, until the message
Reset Maintenance count is show on the
display. |

User Maintenance Reset |
Press the Menu button 4 times to get the
configuration menu, then press the item button to
display the message Service Message Off. Once
the message has appeared, press the
enter button followed by the online button. |
