size too big for printer) Reconfigure job or install
additional memory. See Supplies & Accessorise for different
sizes of memory available. Tip: To ensure all of the memory
in the printer is available for job processing, disable the
printer random-access memory (RAM) disk. Please note that
disabling the RAM disk will also disable the job retention
features of the printer. The RAM disk item can be found in
the
Configure Device – System Set up menu.

Maintenance Count Reset
|
Turn the printer off.
Whilst Turning the printer back on, press and hold the
Select button. Continue to hold until all three control
panel lights illuminate, and then release. When Select
Language appears on the control panel, use the up arrow
button to scroll through until
Maintenance Kit is displayed. Now press select while
“Maintenance Kit” is on the display. The maintenance count
should now be reset. If the Perform Printer Maintenance
message is still showing on the control panel, the control
panel must be reset manually. Please note that this option
in the menu is available only if the Perform Printer
Maintenance message is currently being displayed on the
control panel. Scroll through the menu using the up or down
arrows until you come to Configure Device press the Down
Arrow to scroll to Resets, Now press select. Press the Down
arrow to scroll to “Clear Maintenance Message, Now press
select, and then Resume. Now Turn the printer off then on
again.
